Individualized Care Plan

 

In order to provide a holisitc approach (social, physical, emotional, and spiritual), Military Caregivers of America will develop an individualized plan of care for your loved one.  We will consistently follow the client's physician's orders and coordinate with the physician throughout the duration of the managed care plan.
