About The President & Managing Director of

Military Caregivers of America, LLC

A native of Guyana, South America, Eloise A. Fraser was born at a time when helping and finding solutions for others' challenges was the norm.  Eloise's mother always had her children deliver soup to the elderly and sick in the community. On weekends, the children would be sent to assist in laundry and cleaning duties for the shut-in.  Even at the young age of seven, Eloise would help her classmates resolve conflicts.  All of her high school colleagues talk of her setting the example by following the rules.

Eloise migrated to America to make a better life for her entire family. A trailblazer and visionary, she worked long hours to make a comfortable life for all she came in contact with. Her mottos "Always leave it better than you found it" and "You are who you are when nobody is watching" always kept her on her best behavior.

She  has worked with senators, colonels, admirals, scientists, Wall Street journalists, and advisors to Presidents with care and diligence.  Her satisfaction comes from making her clients feel their best. With the inside knowledge of the military Hidden Heroes caregivers' unending and enduring care they provide, it is no surprise that Eloise had the vision to bring together qualified and caring persons to make a difference in the lives of many more Americans. An outgoing and people-loving person, Eloise has trained with Les Brown as a Platinum Speaker and is a product of positive thinking. Her love of good health and longevity led her to train with naturopathic physician, Dr. Joel D. Wallach, BS, DVM, ND.

Military Caregivers of America, LLC was established to make a difference in the lives of military caregivers- our Hidden Heroes who work tirelessly taking care f our wounded and ill veterans. Military caregivers deserve kind nursing teams who can step in and really provide peace of mind and good care so they can have a much needed break.

Eloise is living a life of service to her fellow Americans.  She will give all she can while she can. Whoever it is, she is always ready to help and serve.
